I am a Los Angeles based elite certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach and fitness motivator. I began my fitness journey 10 years ago with the belief I could transform my body and teach others how to do the same.

Today I operate a thriving personal training business with amazing clientele and I am in the best shape of my life. I am blessed to live a life of purpose I love and share my God given talents with the world. while helping others to transform their lives through health & fitness. As an entrepreneur, fitness professional and athlete, I am driven to stay consistent & disciplined with my own fitness regimen as well, leading by example. I’d wanted to start back working out months before but work was crazy and then crazy stressful. It took a photo of me from someone else’s camera to truly help me see how the weight had packed on. But it was because I started with this challenge that I was prioritizing my health and I was able to realize that it was the stress from work that made me blow up in size!

So I know I’ll see physical changes probably in month 2 but I’m not even sweating that, I’ve gotten over the biggest hurdle of starting. I have a plan and I’m gonna work that plan until the wheels fall off.
